What Do We Do In Boot Camp? Minimize

Everyone wants to know what kinds of exercises we do in Boot Camp.  The answer is...EVERYTHING!  When the weather is brutal we are inside but just as soon as spring hits we start moving our workouts outside.  Whether inside or outside each class is different.  Sometimes we spend the entire hour on our backs working the abdominals from every conceivable angle.  Or, class time is consumed by a variety of running drills.  We have used exercise bands, dumbells, medicine balls, jump ropes, semi tires, trees, curbs, slopes, hills and just plain old bodyweight.  We work arms, shoulders, chest, back, obliques, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves.  Classes can be geared towards explosiveness, flexibility, balance, endurance, and power.  Rest assured you will always be challenged and never bored.  You are probably wondering, "Should I be in terrific shape before I enroll?"  The answer is NO, we will help you move toward your goal whatever level you start at.  If you are an elite athlete or just getting started on the fitness path, Blue Wave Boot Camp will help you!
